Never have I ever received such awful customer service than I did today! Went in to use our points for a coffee. Miss understood that i couldn’t use over £3 worth and put money towards it. The worker shook her head and tutted directly at me! Just before this she was very rude to each of my family members. She was as miserable as anything. And so incredibly rude!!!!!! I was so shocked.
