What Maggie M doesn't like about The Blitz Cafe:
Arrived at 16.25 told when we went in by the waitress we don 't open till 4.30 . Went back just after 4.30 as we had our dogs and dogs only allowed until 6pm. We were informed that we had an hour as dogs were only allowed until 5.30. The web site states 6pm!!! No apology, didn 't seem bothered, no customer service skills. read more.
