"The operation is constantly very well maintained and always galanic! From our point of view, a meeting in the municipality is completely recommended. All tables were perfectly cleaned and the seats were very comfortable. "Es lohnt sich immer noch über die Dächer von Freiburg und in die Vogesen zu schauen und dabei einen wunderbaren Gourmetabend zu verbringen. Die Fischgerichte sind einfach fabelhaft, wenn auch nicht billig. Wir aßen hier zweimal vorzüglich und genossen dabei auch den sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen Service. Frische Austern aus der Bretagne vorneweg, dann Steinbutt und eine Hummervariation als Hauptgänge konnten in Geschmack und Zubereitung überzeugen. Auch die Menuvorschläge sind eine Wucht. Das 4 Gang "Amoureux"zu 69.-- Euro ist sehr empfehlenswert. Dazu gibt es vorzügliche Weinangebote."
