What Ron H likes about Chick-fil-a:
They Refuse to cook their Waffle Fries 'WELL DONE ' which means they come out soft and many times are not hot when served... I have found this to be true at several of their locations... Two Chicago locations would cook them Well Done on Request but Not in the Chicagoland suburbs... View all feedback.
