What Victoria L doesn't like about Tô Pho:
First of all, I understand that all restaurants raised the price on their menu and quality has gone down but this place having sriracha sauce being watered down is NOT GOOD! Their spring rolls are so so small compared to before. I don't think I will return EVER again!!!!
