"When you go in Someone always greets you with a smile. The Person listens to what you want and doesn't just throw anything on your Sub. The Girl at the end when you pay for your Order is very nice. She makes sure you have everything you want. She also recommends having a Drink or Chips or a Brownie and by the way they are really good. I would definitely recommend this Place to anyone who wants a great Sub and It's just my opinion but they are better than Subway ???"

"To say that my grandson didn't have a special birthday even while mommy and daddy were in Rochester at a wedding. Well he did. Tops American Grill Bakery in Rotterdam brought out a cake and the staff sang Happy Birthday. To say this little boy isn't a celeb at that diner is an understatement. He got to meet the owner of the diner this morning at breakfast. What a great group of people at that diner. We will forever be grateful and come back every time we're up here. As he would say vowwwww!!! Lol!!"

"I've been to Memphis King several times even though it's usually out of my way. I'll make this short and sweet, I love bbq and seek out different places. I've been to most every one I know of in the capital district. There is not another BBQ place within 50 miles and probably more that touches this place. Now for the bad, it's super small, the only seating is a couple of picnic tables, so if you can get a seat at a table at all you will be sitting with other people. If I could Have ownership change anything it would be just a little bigger place. Doesn't have to be too big but a little would be nice. There are so many closed up store fronts in Schenectady I'm sure it would be easy to find. Parking: Parking around the restaurant can be very scarce , another reason they should move."

"I placed a rapid pickup order and came home to find I was missing a sandwich. I called and asked for a partial refund since I didn't feel like going back out....instead Panera offered to bring the sandwich to my house and was here in no time with apologies and bonus cookies!! Thanks Panera You rock!"
