"Unsure if what is going on, however I had the worst service Saturday than I have ever had at any fast food joint. Order was not filled correctly, and manager was confused as to what was going on. They finally brought out the sandwich, then I ordered some mac and cheese on the app since I gave my fries to my son, waited the max time app said it should be ready before going to counter to ask and they couldn't find my order. Scrambling they gave me the small instead of the medium I ordered. I was done at that point. Food was average but at least warm. Also have they stopped coming to the tables to ask if you need anything? Not once in the extended time I was there was I asked if I needed anything such as a tea refill or extra sauces/ketchup. Hoping Cibolo location will have upped the anti when they open."
