"I love the place at my first visit about 1 1.5 years ago. But this time I was very disappointed. We had 3 different main courses and all were in the same juice (with the same sauce). A meal was drowned in the sauce, they tasted nothing else. We had ordered a bottle of rose wine. He came in room temperature. When we complained, came as an explanation, they're sorry, but they didn't expect to sell so much bottles of wine for an evening (it was a Saturday night), they only have space for 2 bottles in the refrigerator. Totally unacceptable. When we asked for ice cubes for the cooler, we have a few, but somehow they seem to save them. The last was the toilet of the ladies, the seat was not clean, you don't want to sit there as a woman. All in all, the service was very friendly and competent and the food would have been good if not everywhere this sauce would have been distributed generously. But for the higher price level, the visit was actually a disappointment compared to the first, too bad the shop is great and the service is good and the owner can cook."

"Ok, die Servicekraft hält sich für "was besseres" und kommt etwas arrogant daher, aber das hat man in solchen Restaurants ja gerne mal, von daher... Die Küche ist dafür großes Kino und enorm erlebenswert - bodenständig und gleichzeitig wirklich fein. Ich kam auf Empfehlung und ich bin dankbar für sie. :)"

"Dann war draussen doch noch ein Platz frei für 2 Personen mit der Bemerkung das Essen könnte aber etwas länger dauern, aber wir hatten ja Zeit. Dann bestellten wir recht schnell unser Essen - Steaks mit Bratkartoffeln und Salat - und 2 Pils und dann kam das Essen schon nach ungefähr 15 min. zusammen mit den 2 Getränken - also das waren mit Abstand die schnellsten Steaks die ich je bestellt habe - und das obwohl uns vorher der Kellner gesagt hatte es könnte heute etwas länger dauern - bei den Getränken war das ja auch so - auch bei den 2ten Bierchen die wir uns genehmigten dauerde das über eine halbe Stunde. Die Steaks, bevor ich das vergesse, waren richtig lecker - würde fast sagen die besten Steaks die ich je gegessen habe - medium, gut gewürzt, schön saftig und keinen Sehnen - jederzeit wieder wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin - da lohnt sich auch eine weitere Anfahrt. Auch preislich absolut top. Nur bei den verschiedenen Kellnern und Bedienungen herrschte ein wenig Chaos - aber durchaus nett und sympatisch."

"From the outside I was there in the evening, something questionable. But the first impression can be deceived. Very friendly welcome, very nice services, both female and male. And both very attractive. I had expressed particular wishes which were politely accepted and fulfilled as desired. Both at my drinks and at dinner. The food was very tasty ubd so plentiful that I (despite great hunger) did not make about 1/3. I'm passing all over the federal territory, but if I'm near Altenburg, I'd like to come back."
