"After being told it would be a 20 minute wait for a table, it took 40 minutes to get seated even though the restaurant had many empty tables. I get it, short staffed… But why have five hostesses standing around staring at a seating chart for 10 minutes per each group waiting to try and figure out how to sit someone down at an empty table? Turn four of those into waiters or cooks, cut the chitchat and focus on customer service. After we quickly ordered drinks and got our food in, it wasn’t until 1.5 hours later we were finally served our meals. If you are going to try this place, make sure to put in apps to get through the excessive wait the cheese curds were okay, except they melted into one giant lump making it hard to share. Do not expect a burger to actually taste, feel, look or even smell like an actual burger. After one bite, my burger fell apart onto my plate into crumbles. It was salty as all could be. The truffle fries were decent, but the sauce it came with tasted like a rancid mayo. Fries were found to be rock hard couldn’t even break them with your fingers. Drinks were decent and quickly served, but overall not an experience worth $70 for two people. Do not recommend."

"The food was excellent, even the Friday fish fry. The fish was lightly breaded and lightly fried, but nicely crisp. The fries were very good, like steak fries but curled and crisp enough. Tartar sauce was so-so. The red pepper soup was very good. Not avery big menu but adequate. Like everyone, they were short on wait staff and our server was trying to keep up. We just have tohave patience with them! They have a tough job right now."
