"My wife and I traveled out of town and had the privilege of getting to dinner. It was one of the best culinary experiences we had in a very long time. Every employee was really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We must not do business again in this way, but we will definitely make Chieftans the target."

"This is a beautiful historic restaurant. The waitresses and bartenders were wonderful. Also the food was exceptional great value for your money. We actually ate here twice once at the bar and once with family and friends. The building was actually built when the third president was in office. Thomas Jefferson, and they even have a picture of him proudly displayed in the lobby. Great place they even have only New York state microbrew beers."

"We stopped for dinner tonight at Pasta Grill in Middleburgh NY. This place had amazing food, really good prices and super friendly service. This is the kind of place I'm always looking for! The meals we got cost $9 to $11 and came with salads and fresh bread. It was perfect and we really enjoyed this place. We will come back soon!!! Absolutely perfect!!!"
