My wife stands on the Dorade (in the whole, finely decorated with garlic), I love the grill plate: turkey, lamb beef . a small dream!!! In no case should it be possible to avoid the “Muttabal” eggplant: together with sesame paste, garlic, lemon and olive oil in a separate chamber of the smoking oven, fired with wood, whose smoke gives the appetizer this incomparable special aroma. The wines ?
