Wir waren an einem Samstag Mittag in der Planke und waren sehr enttäuscht! So einen katastrophalen Service habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Als einer der einzigen Gäste, warteten wir über 20 Minuten auf unseren Cappuccino, der dann erst nicht kam und dann statt Cappuccino, Kaffee aufgetischt wurde. Auch der Rest lief einfach schief.
