We came by chance, walking around the streets, on a busy day. Simple and very good cuisine. Discreet cellar of local wines on which to space. Kindness and caring. Note of merit to crostini with eggplant cream. good calamari with almond mayo and patccheri with sarde, granella and fennel. Beautiful environment in an intimate and very characteristic square. What User doesn't like about Don Tabare:
beautiful composition, but limited choice slightly disappointing food and no vegetarian food. based on the lonely planet, we wanted to try. the tables were very nice outside on a piazza. but the choice of food is limited and no vegetarian option (we have forgotten some pasta al burro for my daughter). the food was a bit tasteless for sicily, but ok. service was ok, but all in Italian. In the beautiful skicli a delicious corner for aperitifs accompanied by cakes, oranges and delicious meatballs.
Located in a quiet square behind the municipality of scicli, both outdoor and indoor, you can have delicious dishes and drink Sicilian wines

Great restaurant and good service. price in line with quality. very nice furniture, with tables and chairs very comfortable, in beautiful position.
