The staff were friendly and inviting. Chips were on the table before we were seated. Beautiful pictures adored the walls. Food was served quickly and hot. Staff was dressed professionally. They helped my elderly mother to her table. Restrooms were clean. And, yes, they accept coupons! View all feedback.

Terrible service! As a Mexican myself and El Rancho Grande being my go to on the weekends. It truly disappoints me that they are this terrible at this location!
