Really can't think of a single time this white castles has ever let our family down. I could always count on them even during the pandemic when they were running a skeleton crew. View all feedback.

What drew potee doesn't like about White Castle:
I was greeted horribly, the drive thru lady wouldn't listen to my order while getting an attitude and kept getting my order wrong and kept telling me to pull forward when I wasn't done. When I got my food all the sandwiches only had one bun and they were all smashed in the boxes. The drive thru lady hid behind the corner while a different lady gave me my food.
