"Got cold and hard pizzas it did not taste good at all, not worth the money spent and such bad customer service....will def. not be going back!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you want a good or even decent slice of pizza!!! Update to owner reply: In response to your inaccurate reply...the only one who recv abuse and disrespect was us as customers from the minute I placed the order to picking it up, not our problem you got offended when my husband pointed out the old garlic powder that was hard as a rock that was on display for customer use, the fact that you address your customers the way you do speaks to why your establishment is always empty...we will gladly take our business elsewhere and yes the pizza was hard, cold and old and I doubt that happened in 5mins after picking it up as I live 5mins down the road (which is the only reason why I ordered from there for the convinience) I rather drive anywhere else to get pizza instead as not worth the convience of location having to deal with such poor and rude customer service!!!!! The inaccuracy of your responses are expected especially on this forum however we also as customers work hard for our money and don't need to go spend it somewhere that makes us feel underminded and disrespected. You provided poor customer service from the moment I placed the order on the phone and it hasnt been the 1st time we have experienced this but yes you are right we support local business especially when conviniently located however the poor customer service is something we also will not tolerate. "Take a look at this! Little place, strip mall, but fabulous food! Today's special was a butternut soup, and I thought I was doing the best! Hubby's ravioli was fresh and excellent! Even my Sauvignon Blanc tasted wonderful! If you are in the area, recommend finding it!"

"Something sweet is always good! and the best part is the vegan cupcakes! I am allergic to milk and I love being in a position to have delicious sweets that do not kill me. it's tricky to have great vegan cupcakes, but they're sure to pull it off. eating is great too!"

"Ordered the bowl of chili with house salad. Not sure We got the bowl as the container looked very small. it arrived cold and the cheese on top was not the slightest bit melted. Also ordered the quesadilla explosion salad, where the chicken was also VERY cold and the cheese quesadilla’s were so hard, almost petrified.. lol. We are in a hotel less than 1/2 mile away from this particular chili’s and I can’t believe it was that cold! Unless it was the door dash driver not picking it up promptly. At 6:05 the order was confirmed by Chilis, at 6:24 my driver Rameses was in the lobby, so I tend to think it is not the door dash driver. We had ordered from Chilis earlier in the day since they’re were so close for lunch/snack and brought directly to our room as instructed. This time, Rameses said the front desk never said she can go to the room and the front desk never insisted that she could deliver??!! Not so much a big deal to go get it, but why bother entering instructions for room , etc."
