Got there right as they opened on the day after Thanksgiving. Greeted promptly, seated with menus and water immediately, knowledgeable and personable server who did great. When the kitchen let her know they were out of fish that my wife ordered (because truck hadn’t arrived yet) she quickly told us and my wife ordered a burger like me. This was my absolute worst restaurant experience in my life. I wouldn’t return if it was the last place on earth. I’ve never waited 2 and half hours for a sandwich. Had to beg for refills, a menu, and silverware. Bunch of kids who had no idea what are they doing. No adult leadership whatsoever.
