The buffet at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, featuring fried chicken and traditional Southern dishes like mashed potatoes, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. Additionally, you can order any cut of steak you desire. The Scottsboro location is only a 30-minute drive from my house, so my family and I will definitely be frequenting this restaurant! I just found out why the rating for this place is so low. The food was fine, even though my steak needed steak sauce. My waitress was a pretty, pleasant young lady who was probably 21. However, she disappeared and I had to flag down another waitress to get my check. The worst part was while paying. After telling the lady my food was fine, she asked if I 'd like to include a tip on my credit card payment. I said 15%,.... View all feedback.
Was a great experience tonight we had a big party eating was great and tiana was the best server would definitely recommend and go back there.
That must be the worst place. the Thanksgiving buffet was a sweat dried out ham runny dressing red salat brown mushroom stale cracker even the yeast were like rocks. dollar thrown out of the window should not worry that we were not happy, nor the waitress came back after we sit. they should have left a western sizzler. it is quite obvious that the management and the staff need a training for customer service and food management.
The service was excellent. the buffet clean and eat delicious. the half of the city workers seemed to eat there today and these people loved it.
Eating is fabulous. No one should have starved. beautiful, friendly atmosphere. so glad we stopped!
