What J C likes about Arizona Bbq Shack:
I had the brisket salad and a side of cornbread. It was delicious! An added treat was when the chef (I’m guessing the owner) came out and played some blues on the guitar. He even played the piano. Really wanted to like this place bus cause I'm in the neighborhood but spent $70 bucks on take out and brisket they gave me was all bark, basically inedible. Very dry. Ribs were decent but not super tender. Sides were fine. I did notice basically everyone there ordered fried entrees so will try again and just avoid the BBQ. read more.
