This place is amazing! Autumn was such a delight and talked to us about the menu and our options. This place is very clean and tons of great seating and very comfortable atmosphere. Great music and your can get breakfast all day. They also have a drive thru for those on a quick lunch break. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area! ??? View all feedback.
What Cheyanne Sanford doesn't like about D'lite Healthy On The Go:
Went here for breakfast with a friend. Not the best place, but not the worst. I had a veggie wrap with quinoa that was ok, but the portion seemed small for the price. The d'Vegan Buzz she recommended was pretty tasty for an iced coffee drink, which is not my usual thing to get anywhere. I would eat here again if a friend suggested it, but it would not be a destination for me. View all feedback.
This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered the Turkey club to go and was very disappointed when I got home. It's hard to mess up a sandwich, but they managed to burn my bread. If you won't eat it, don't serve it. I couldn't enjoy the flavors because all I could taste was burnt bread. Additionally, when I asked for no tomato on my sandwich, the server asked if it was an allergy or preference. It seemed unnecessary and silly, as I just wanted my order to be correct.
I used to frequent this restaurant, but I hadn't visited in a long time. I decided to stop by for a small vegan drink while I was in the area. The total cost was $8.10 for a 16oz beverage, which I personally think is quite expensive. If they continue to have such high prices, I probably won't be returning. I can only imagine how much a large drink costs now, $12?!
The service at this restaurant was awful. I waited in line for 20 minutes and when I tried to order at the speaker, the employee kept insisting on using the term "breakfast buzz" to describe the drink I wanted, which was actually the "big breakfast smoothie." The customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee made me drive to the window before taking any of my order, which made me wait even longer for my food. A good customer service approach would have involved the employee explaining what the breakfast smoothie contained over the speaker, me confirming that's what I wanted, and then placing the order. Unfortunately, that's not what happened due to the employee's lack of customer service skills, causing the whole process to take about 5 times longer than it should have.

Terrible service. Sat in line for 20 minutes. Tried to order at the speaker and the employee was insistent on using the word ?breakfast buzz? to explain the drink I was asking for which was ?the big breakfast smoothie?. Absolutely terrible customer service. She made me drive to the window before taking *any* of my order which caused me to wait even longer for my order. Good customer service would have been an employee explain over the speaker what their breakfast smoothie contained, I could have told her that is what I want, and she could have placed the order. But that?s not what she did because she has terrible customer service skills. And it took up about 5 times the amount of time that it otherwise should have.
