Always friendly, delicious, and fast. This location is a little farther away than another one for me, but I make the drive because the service here has always been 100%. Every single time. Yes, the bathrooms and inside dining room are closed currently, but it says that exact sentence in bold on the window outside before you even go in. What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
it is a sub-sandwich place and for the price-day they at least one drink with one of but while it should be remembered there at this location customer, not rude or schnarchically causing the service personnel children all that he was in scottsdale this customer was self-esteem, how rude food: 3/5 View all feedback.
JJ well located at shopping center across from the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Mall. Staff is excellent, Manager and submaker Trey were on point and professional. My "Billy Club(double roast beef, cheese djion mustard)was excellent with more meat than most sub places and great bread. Service was fast. I subtract one star for no inside seating and no restroom or electrical to charge my phone. The manager did direct me to the closed Five guys to sit down which was nice.
I ordered my food ahead of time, when I got to the store the bathrooms were closed which was extremely inconvenient. It still took them about 20 minutes to make the food even though I ordered 10 minutes ahead. When I sat down to eat they told me that the lobby was closed and I could not eat inside even though there were tables available. I had a really irritating experience and I will not be coming back to this store.
Very disappointed you guys are no longer fast I'm less than a mile away from this location when I'm at work I order and have it saying it'll come at a specific time because that's when my lunch break is but now this is the second time that they don't bring my food on time. Nobody at the location seems to care. I called to complain and he said sorry we get busy at the lunch hour and I explained that's why I put my order in and set a specific time. Then I was asked if I want to speak to the manager No I do not want to speak to the manager I want my food here when I order it!! Super disappointing that I'll actually have to find somewhere else to eat my lunch from now on
Terrible customer service. I was waiting for my order and the gentleman making sandwiches was more worried about making orders for people who weren?t even in the store. The guy who took my order walked away before I even pulled my card out of the reader. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These are only my opinions and views. You may feel different.
