So glad to have found this great Resort while on our first trip to Scottsdale! The location was perfect in relation to restaurants, sight seeing, shopping and visiting surrounding areas. What User doesn't like about Scottsdale Camelback Resort:
Came back from dinner to a BAT flying around our inside of our villa. Waited outside in 100 degree weather for half hour at 9pm while they tried to have employee get it out with a broom. He was unsuccessful. Three daughters freaked out and wanted to stay somewhere else and the front desk called manager and she refused to refund us. Instead moved us to a different villa. "One of the best culinary experiences that Arizona has to offer. A Prix Fixe menu, lovingly cured. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. "Really enjoyed our time at Capital Grille. Great atmosphere, great food, great service. As a bread lover I appreciated the robust and fresh bread basket. Cocktails were yummy and one party especially enjoyed and recommended the Mule. We all had filets and they were all perfect. We'll be back!"

"Very surprised this place has such great reviews. When we got there there was a police situation inside the restaurant, only for that reason I am not taking a start for the terrible service we had. Police was already handling the situation but we got ignored for a while by the 4 employees standing just there and watching. We wanted to leave, we should've. The restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms, a star for that. Price is comparable to other poke restaurants. Lets talk about the main reason we went here... the Poke was not good at all. the Hawaiian Tuna tasted like rubber, the salmon was not fresh, shrimp was okay. Not a lot of variety of toppings either. For someone that has poke at once a week, this poke was not good."
