I've been putting off trying this relatively new restaurant and I am sorry I did. I missed out on a lot of great experiences that I now have to make up. I can't wait to try everything on their menu. What Bryton D doesn't like about Williston Holding Company:
Food was good but just very overpriced. I did like the 2 cocktails I got there. It was very loud with sound kind of bouncing off the brick wall, somewhat dim lighting was nice for ambience. Waitress took care of my group of 6 well, she made sure we all had drinks when we were empty so can't complain there. Not sure I'd come back other than for drinks.
