Carmen's is hands down the most beautiful restaurant in Scranton, and next is Posh. Carmen's has a great menu, excellent appetizers and salads, plus amazing entree dishes including beef, seafood and veal. It's the perfect atmosphere whether for dinner or to celebrate with family at their fabulous Holiday brunches. Absolutely worthy!!! View all feedback.
What Moondog O'Brien doesn't like about Carmen's:
Absolutely the worst meal I've ever tried to eat.........tried to contact manager....was told she wasn't available but will call me.Food was so bad I made a complaint to Health Department............ actually made me sick. View all feedback.
Food was good but only one meal served hot. The first two tables were wobbly. The third was solid but too close to a cold air vent. Waitress was very low energy...
