I'm from NYC moved from Philly they have the absolute best Chinese take out in all of Pennsylvania. Authentic dishes the absolute best wings! If anyone complains it's because they're to cheap to pay an extra dollar for real chinese. Nothing I've ever tried on this menu has been a let down. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Foliage Chinese:
Depending on the right person in kitchen, the best in Scranton. I am jaded by nyc Chinese food but this place is good for American Chinese food. Beating the one on Keyser hands down View all feedback.
