Friendly servers, quick service, nice terrace. The beef cordon bleu I had was a disappointment. The meat inside was tough and dry. Not much cheese. Not much in...

Most pizzas were very good but a friend took one with seafood on and it came very wet and sticky like a sponge . He needed to drain each part before eating it ....

Friendly staff and great food in fantastic venue. We enjoyed a local soup with a sandwich that had tasty fillings.

La Motta ticks the right boxes for what it is. Wide variety, limited English, the best fries we’ve ever eaten and prices on the high side. Lovely terrace on sun...

This is a typical mountain self service restaurant. There is a large choice of food. On quieter days, it does look like the food may have sat around for a bit....

"Excellent price. The menu we chose was delicious, starting with the Pulpto carpaccio and ending with the chocolate cake. Beef was tender, the size of each course was exactly right. And the service was excellent. Thanks for a great evening, perfect conclusion... one sunny day in Ticino."

"This restaurant is in a very old building, typica Swiss and very nicely located with a perfect view over the Thurtal. during summertime you can enjoy the nice terrace and the view in the evening is outstanding. but also inside the restaurant is very charming. the food is made with love and always very good. the menue changes from time to time as well so you find always something new when you visit this place a couple of times during the year. service is very friendly and you feel always welcome. they also have a very good wine cellar. it is good to book a table as this place is very often fully booked."
