Gone way down hill. Ordered over $64 worth last night. Long human hair in my satay beef, order wrong, food cold, threw all in bin tasted like day before fried rice. Called this morning, extremely rude response, no offer for refund or any credit/replacement. Valued customer (was) ordered from them for over 3 years.
