"I usually ALWAYS have greater customer service. Today however , I ordered 35 family wings 20 LP and 15 bad boys, when I got home we only received 5 bad boys . I called and advised them…however I was called a liar by who I am assuming was the manager on duty. I asked them to review the cameras because first of all why would I lie? I was then asked to go back and take ALL of the food back, keep in mind we have 2 little girls already sitting here eating their food. This is by far the worse experience I’ve ever had at this place. The food over all is good, but customer service is ridiculous. They just want to pick a fight and argue with you."

"Honestly it’s a rude place. soon as i walked in i felt a bad vibe. the food is pretty good but not for the amount of service. honestly being haggled cause you really have to go to the bathroom doesn’t make an enjoyable dining experience especially when you’re a paying customer. honestly as far as hole in the walls go. this ain’t it. i honestly was trying to give a new establishment a chance but this is why you stick to what you know sometimes. this was terrible and at the end of the day after walking out i felt like it wasn’t a place to return to."

"I come here quite often and I get the same thing every time. I normally get a dipped sundae in a bowl with vanilla ice cream. I received a medium size cup but a baby size ice cream. I was pretty upset that I paid more money to get more ice cream and didn't receive what I paid for. This is not the first time this had happened. I'm going to have to stop coming to this one."

"Such a clean gas station. They have plenty of drinks and snacks but they also have restaurant food to order. The burgers looked amazing but we got sushi and it was great! They also have beer now!"

"We waited a short time for a table because there was no urgency at the host booth. Our server was nice and friendly, but it wasn't the fastest. My first rollup had a hair in it. The second was rolled in a dirty leash. Spoke with the manager, and he got me a clean set so I could just eat. The appetizer Combo was 't the best since the skin was completely overcooked and dry, and it was just a shortage of appetizer in general and then a fly flew into the sauce and then simply cooled there on the plate. She asked if we were done, and we advised her that we didn't want to look at the fly and removed the plate. I hacked the Road Kill Steak, not knowing that it is now differently prepared than years ago. Fortunately, I got a real steak for dinner against a Hamburgerpatty. My friend even made the comment, why do you have such terrible luck? If the manager hadn't been on the ground, I'm not sure that any of my problems had been resolved as quickly as they were. If you spend money to eat after a nine-hour shift, mediocre food and service are not on my list. I haven't eaten in the roadhouse for years, and unfortunately I doubt I will ever return."
