The place is charming. The tea was great and lots of options there. The hats were fun. The owner/manager was very sweet and flexible, but service took forever, tea and food took so long to get to us and it's a high tea that didn't include pastries, I had to buy them extra and they were frozen. The sandwiches were fine, but even for tea sandwiches a bit skimpy. My yr old didn't even like the cookie that came with the... View all feedback.
