"First time at Pita Pit was a nice surprise. We like Subway a lot, and this is a nice take on the fresh sub idea. Easier to eat as well - physically it is easier to eat as everything is contained inside the pita pocket, as opposed to the bread of the sub, where things are sometimes falling. Nice options, and I appreciated they go beyond the usual roasted chicken and such to get some more unusual tastes - babaganoush, souvlaki., It tries to get a bit of a middle easterner flavour, without actually succeeding too well. When in need of some fast food options, I'd take this one over Subway - and that one over pretty much every other fast food restaurant out there."

"I used to be a Subway and Habaneros guy, but not anymore. I love Pita Pit. They give you sooo much for your money. The amount of veggies/topping choices they have is overwhelming. They even have pineapple. Genius."

"If you like great tasting pitas and quick service this is the place to go. Hours are more 9-5 and weekdays but it is a real surprise and delightful place to eat."

"Pita pit is awesome - our Pita's were bursting with flavor and ingredients. Lots of options as far as veggies, meats etc. including avocado, hummus and baba ganoush.The service was excellent and we took it to the gardens and ate there enjoying the scenery. Only complaint is that this is a small location with few seats and an awkward setup (the line turns back on itself) - but given the price of real estate in Halifax (I assume) it can be forgiven."

"Probably my new favorites almost food joint. a much healthier version! I didn't know what to expect at the first time in pita pit. I had heard good things, but that doesn't always mean everything. Anyway, I was super impressed with her vegan selections, including falafel and a black bean pact. I chose the black bean. the cool thing is that they also choose their sauce and sweet. it's as much as underground. my pita was tasty and filled! also the prices are very reasonable here. I will now be a regular one!"

"Love Lebanese food and decided on Saturday to go to Basha rather than the Lebanese Festival. It was a wise choice. The shawarma platter is excellent. In fact I went back this evening because it was too hot to cook. Was not disappointed. In fact, is now my go to for Lebanese food. Don't know what they do to the onions but they're spectacular."

"Each week we order in lunch for about people who are still coming in to the office , during the Covid pandemic. This week we chose Blue Olive and it was excellent! Owner Jimmy took our order, supplied cutlery and napkins, delivered the order...himself; everything arrived hot and the order was accurate. Everyone really enjoyed their lunch and the serving size/quality was top notch. We had chicken skewer plates, moussaka plates and pastichio plates. ALL WERE DELICIOUS! If you’re looking for a takeout lunch or delivery ... try Blue Olive !!! Their family specials, dinners and desserts are also wonderful."
