"The location of the restaurant is excellent because we had a reservation at the Hotel Cantlie and we were going to see a concert at the Bell Centre. The service and atmosphere was excellent. The service offered by the server was impecable. The meals were delicious and we had not waited long to receive our supper. We recommend it!"

"I love this experience. IT literally is a FULL sensory experience taste (not just taste but texture of foods), feel, smell, still visuals, moving visuals, sounds both from prep and the food in front of you and you even move! It was event very thoughtfully...themed (though subtle) and EVERYTHING is thoughtful. We think they have to have a creative design team who chooses everything from the pictures on the wall to the cutlery. I recommend this as a UNIQUE dining experience. It would be a great special occasion place. I do Michelin star restaurants its my thing and this has been my favorite so far. I left there with endorphins abounding and if i had to describe it with one word it would be ‘delightful’."

"Souper de couple au bar! Plat de paella pour l'homme et morue frite, accompagné de légumes racines, pour moi. Vraiment délicieux. Le serveur a su m'aider à me suggérer le plat tout comme un vin parfait pour notre goût et budget. On y retournera certainement!"

"We had been wanting to try Toque for a while and finally had a chance during our last visit to Montreal. The entire experience was top notch and well worth the price! We each chose the tasting menu but it 's hard to choose a favourite...dish. They were also very accommodating with switching out fish for carpaccio since I 'm not a fan of fish. We 've been to a number of so-called high end restaurants that won 't accept any substitutions so this was a pleasant surprise. Our waiter was also very friendly and attentive without being too overbearing. Highly recommended to get a reservation at Toque if you have the chance!"

"We had been walking all day and were tired and hungry, so we showed up about 30 minutes before our reservation. We were greeted warmly and felt like it was no trouble at all. Sometimes, your first impressions are good indicators of what your whole experience will be, and this time it was spot on. The service was both professional and personable. We never felt rushed which is what you hope for on a vacation. Oh and lest I forget, the food was incredible! My wife, daughter and I like to share our meals, so I sampled 3 appetizers and 3 entrees -- fabulous. My daughter ordered a dessert for herself while my wife and I split a second -- equally good. It was our last dining experience of our experience, and I am so happy for it being so."

"We went here for a family lunch early Christmas Eve. No Christmas atmosphere at all. Very dull . We were looking for a fun British pub with some festive spirit none here. Food just ok, server very polite, beer nice. Just disappointed as far as a British pub goes on Xmas Eve. No Xmas hits , no decorations in pub other than a tree in outside atrium . The place had other big family groups just something missing. We will look fir another spot next year"
