"Honestly, the best vegan hot chocolate I've ever had. You can choose from a range of flavors all sound delicious. I had the orange taste. Wow. Really thick, creamy and wonderfully delicious. There are also vegan options on the menu, but we just came for a drink, so not tried them. From the others who eat near us, we could see that they looked good. The lady who runs it is also super friendly."

"Excellent attentive service from the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant. I was served by Ameera who offered me a choice of two tables. I asked for tap water with some fresh lime. And for the first time ever, a server came not only w/ fresh lime but lemon and fresh mint for my water as well. Really nice touch! The food was well presented and tasted delicious. I chose from the set menu (excellent re-vamped menu Btw) and ended up having a 3 course meal with a glass of red wine which was excellent value for money. Raham then took over as Ameera went off duty. Seamless transition. Great team work. Such a breath of fresh air to get excellent service post pandemic as everywhere one go theses days its hard to get the same level of service pre-lockdown. Well done Bill's or rather Brilliant Bill's Forgot to mention the tasteful decor, cool vintage dinky sinks in toilets and the great music playlist"

"We wanted a coffee as we were in town, walked in and walked straight back out as it was dark and stiflingly hot and it was only warm outside. Couldn't even face a drink in that atmosphere. Get some decent aircon and use it!!"

"Like some of the other reviews here, the manager also tried to bully us out of the cafe because our small children (1 and 4) had their own food and snacks, even though we had ordered and paid for three lunches and drinks for the adults. Absolutely bizarre approach and really very rude. A separate issue; but the food service was really quite slow."
