I have visited the tearooms on several occasions and on every occasion I have been impressed with both the quality of food and the service. The coffee is quality on certainly not the run of the mill coffee served at many large company establishments. I found it hard not to have another slice of the amazing cake with my drinks . Like some of the other reviews here, the manager also tried to bully us out of the cafe because our small children (1 and 4) had their own food and snacks, even though we had ordered and paid for three lunches and drinks for the adults.
