"This location is cursed I think. When we first moved to Eugene, we stopped here on the day we moved for drinks, and they got my order wrong 3x in a row- Strawberry Peach Rebel. Every other time we come to this location, we have a bad experience. One time we went and I ordered an iced drink, but they clearly made me a hot drink, then poured it in a cold cup with ice. Last Friday at around 5pm, we arrived and were the only people in line. Shortly after our order was taken, another car pulled up to the other window. Their order was taken handed to them they left. Then another car showed up left, and another one. The car behind us got fed up with waiting and switched to the other side. We just ordered two iced mochas- I never knew it would take so long to get made! And today, my wife stopped in to get a drink and she was only the second car in line with nobody on the other side, and it took her almost 20 minutes from pulling up to leaving. No other issues at any other location in Eugene. Clearly whoever manages or trains at this location is a clown and should be fired."

"This place was very busy yet very small and accommodating. The menu seems to cater to children as well which can be a plus for some, there were lots of families. I ordered the peach berry chia smoothie which was exactly the nutrient pick up we needed for the long trip. I also got the tempeh royale burrito with daiya and veg sour cream and it was AMAZING. My non-practicing vegan boyfriend said it was the second best burrito he's ever had. Lastly we couldn't resist the cookies in the cases by the register! The double chocolate was moist and delicious so we grabbed and oatmeal chocolate chip for the road!"

"We made a reservation for their high tea. Our only complaints are that our table wasn't ready when we arrived, and we felt the servers could have been a little bit more attentive. That being said, it was a wonderful experience. We treated a couple of friends, and we all had a great time. The food is excellent! Started with salad, then soup and quiche from the kitchen. On the table were sandwiches, chips, cookies, cake and cupcakes. There were also pieces of gingerbread cake that they warmed up and served with ice cream. We had the table for as long as we wanted it. It's a great way to celebrate an event, or to just make it an occasion for family or friends. We're definitely going to do it again."
