"The food was great. the stars of brunch were the carbs. the cheddar biscuits were crunchy and flaky but incredibly soft on the inside it was amazing. the cinnamon rolls we ordered were also unbelievably soft and melted in your mouth. both were amazing."

"Love at first bite. I know it?s not the most appealing photo but it tasted so good I had to snap and devour. This is the best black coffee I?ve had in the states. The take home beans make a great French press using the Hoffman (YouTube) method. I went back for a piccolo and it didn?t disappoint. New favourite cafe for sure."

"I have lived in Houston for years, past by this place thousands of times. Went in for the first time and loved it. They serve breakfast all day! I had the Biscuits and Sausage Gravy and Hash Browns. So absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, even the hash browns. The potatoes tasted fresh. Really delicious. I recommend everyone stop and enjoy the food!"

"I haven't been here for over ten years. I was often there when I worked close. parking is limited. I'll say about twenty cars can fit into this. refreshment park in the street. had problems to download the online menu. I had no problem getting a paper. the place was also rebuilt. there is a spacious lobby where seating was used. yes, it is much more spacious for the customers. ice water is served in steel cups and waiting staff was very attentive. I ordered orange juice. it came freshly squeezed. really fresh and the price reflected it 5,50 for a 12 ounce glass. the food was served within twenty minutes during a fleeting Saturday morning. my main meal was the country breakfast with the spicy fried chicken legs (16.00) I really like the offered grits. it was not casual and more like a cake. it also had the right amount of salt full of butter taste. the spicy chicken legs had a good amount of heat and oversalted. they were moist and juicy. overall this place is still and a good place to visit and will not be disappointed about its offers."
