"We both decided to have Lasagna before going to Beverley Races. Probably the best Lasagna we both have ever had. We had 2 coffees which were nice. Service was very good. We will try something different off the menu next time we call."

"We visited jardelle in the early Friday afternoon. it is located directly inside the north bar inside and next to the bar itself. there are some parking places, but not much and the road outside is busy. better to park and go down in the Saturday market or Tesco’s. the Georgian quarter is anyway attractive and they can get into coronation garden for a few minutes, which is such a peaceful oasis. jardelle looks tiny, but it is not as small as it appears from the outside. it goes well back and is also on two etagens. the upper floor is reached by a spiral staircase, is deceptively large and very cozy. the seating is simple, rustic, but comfortable and the decor offers a cozy ambiente that is very relaxing, although a little dark. the service is efficient and friendly. both the tea and the coffee were good and cheap. my daughter enjoyed the prosecco and noticed that a good choice of cocktails was to have. she recommended the tasty lamb shish kebab and the king prawn, but the latter needs a bath or some sauce. I had baklava with my americano and it was delicious. some people might find it a tad sweet, but I enjoyed it very much. a little tasty! I recently made a lunch. we sat outside this time and enjoyed the sun. we both ordered packings. my daughter chose bbq chicken filling and I had herby lamb. both were tasty and full – we got two, plus a kind of pretty refreshing koleslaw and a colorful and tasty salad. if they don't like packings, baguettes and kebabs are available. buy two of these lunches and soft drinks are included. the advertiser is quite refreshing. the bill came at £14,95: so less than £7,50 for a very pleasant lunch."

"Visited your restaurant in Beverley yesterday for my birthday with friends, sad to say we were massively let down by the food served. We have all visited your restaurant several times and every time the food has been fantastic. However last night I ordered the mozzarella balls and they were cold inside (as in still frozen for my main I had the meatball ciabatta... I couldn’t even eat it... so unbelievably dry!! Last time I had it there was a lot more sauce to it. My friend also had a steak ciabatta who said the steak tasted and looked like it’d been boiled not what you expect from a top class restaurant!! Finally my pregnant friend asked for her steak well done as she isn’t allowed to eat blood... the steak was still bloody and wasn’t how she asked for it at all. The restaurant wasn’t even busy so it’s not like they can blame it on that...I sadly doubt we will return to your restaurant after our experience."
