"We booked a table for 5 last night for my birthday, 4 adults and 1 child, we ordered a round of drinks and then decided to order loads of starters to share instead of a main meal. We ordered 1 large sharing starter, 5 single starters and 2 sides. The waitress took our order and then came back 5 minutes later to tell us that the chef was 'insulted ' and refused to honour our order, that the table would normally make a couple of hundred pound on food instead of £90. My son 's girlfriend had made me a birthday cake but of course the surprise was ruined as we had no choice but to leave. I am a bariatric patient and cannot each very much, my family had decided to order all the starters so that I could pick at each one, we were told that we could sit in the bar if we wanted starters but we had a child with us so that was not an option. We will never ever go there again and I wouldn 't recommend it to anyone. Absolutely ruined my birthday."

"Fabulous food as expected). Fabulous service from Katie C!!!! Felt incredibly bad as we didn’t have change for a tip and unable to tip on card, when she deserved it as such a lovely girl : definitely reccomend and definitely will be coming back!!"

"I have now been staying over for a couple of times in the Holidayy Inn hotel and the View Bar Grill is the restaurant of the hotel. It is okayish and I would only recommend for easy meals (salad, pizza, burguer). Adventuring to other plates may not result in a good outcome.."
