"We could enjoy an excellent New Year menu and were fully satisfied. Appetizer, main menu and also the ice cream to dessert were first class. The staff was super friendly, very professional and accommodating, without getting intrusive. We cannot imagine that the negative reviews relate to the current operators. We give five points with good conscience."

"Die Erklärung für das Drama findet sich vielleicht am Ende der Rechnung. G m b H . Mit der Betonung auf "beschränkt"!Kein vorausschauender Blick eines allgegenwärtigen Patrons/Inhabers. Keine freundliche Chefin, die den Überblick behält. Sondern nur "beschränkte" Servicekräfte, die unkoordiniert, unambitioniert und (sicherlich auch) unterbesetzt die Gäste missachten, als wären diese eine weitere Zumutung.Das bestellte Wasser zum Wein wurde nicht gebracht. Die Speisekarte über eine Stunde vergessen! Wer kommt auch auf die Idee, dass man in einem Restaurant um 19:30 eine Kleinigkeit essen möchte!Die hohen Preise haben dem Abend dann den Rest gegeben. 9 Euro für einen dünnen Lugana(0,2) ist stramm. P.S. Der Nachbartisch hat 2 (!) Stunden auf ein Nudelgericht und eine Pizza gewartet. Die Pizza Ruccola war mit Feldsalat (!) anstatt Rauke belegt! Dazu viel dann niemandem mehr etwas zu ein. Pizza Feldsalat- ist neu, schmeckt aber trotzdem nicht so richtig.Leider nicht das erste Mal,dass ich in der Birschels Mühle an der schönen Ruhr so etwas erlebt habe. 2015 zum Beispiel..... aber das ist eine andere Geschichte."
