"I decided to go back to Burger King on east north cause they messed up my order I ordered two small fries and two original chicken sandwiches asked them to put heavy mayo and they didn’t so i asked to speak to a manager . And she was hearing what I have to say, I didn’t finish talking to her and she hung up on me so I called back and asked her why she hung on me.told her I wasn’t done talking ??? She was laughing with other in the back ground and then told me to pull up to the window .Waiting patiently for my food and two native boys were visiting by the window and 1 of them asked me if I’m Oglala,? I said no and they laughed took awhile to get my food. finally they gave me my order but had a weird feeling they spit on my food and my drinks . Absolutely worst place don’t go here managers and employees are very rude. Go to the west side they’re more professional."

"Save your time and don’t go here!! The older lady in the drive thru was very rude. Our food was cold. Our drinks were watered down; I’m guessing from them filling drinks in advance and letting the ice melt while they sit there before giving them out. We got no dipping sauces, despite asking multiple times. DONT GO HERE"

"I seriously appreciate the employees working, therefore I will not pass judgment on them because of poor quality food Wendy's is serving. The chicken sandwich was truly rubber and the fries were cold. The staff was indeed a welcoming crew and all deserve a thank you for coming to work. I will rate this four stars only because of the staff!"

"Food is normally fine, but the people behind the counter often have professional but grouchy attitudes, also I have difficulty getting my order right, and the right items. I go through the drive through normally. It 's happened a few times now, and for how expensive fast food is, I hope order accuracy would be important.After posting my review I 've read a few others. I see this has been happening for a while now while nothing as been done about it... As much as I like the food I might find other options. I lowered my star rating for lack of action taken despite man sincere review apologies."

"My order is wrong everyone I go to this location. Food came out considerably quick since it's fresh. Staff is nice. Place is mostly clean. A lot of money for a couple burgers, small fries and a shared drink."

"This was the second time I've been to kinkletown and still enjoyed their service. Had the pleasure of being served by Spencer, who did nothing short of making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Which was great due to the high amount of business they were getting from Native Pride ceremony. The food was right on time. Didn't take to long at all. If you decided to visit this location, my suggestion is park on main street or the garage and walk. It is right in the center of down town so parking can be a complicated. Enjoy your visit, we know we did. Thanks Spencer!"
