"Went to the Stratham location this afternoon the food was excellent, our server was an absolute GEM! He took really good care of us. The management is a joke we had a question about the bill (my item said it came with a side and I was then charged $7 for it) and they couldn’t even be bothered to come to our table. Food service major thumbs up! Management service big thumbs down."

"I gave an order to pick up a super busy day. I ordered two omelette one with cheddar and speck and one with extra cheese and ham. I get them home, I have a ham and speck omelette and wobbles and ham omelette. I called them and told them that my omelette was wrong. they are strong enough for them to go back all the way or they could send me a $5 gift card and was very rude to tell me I didn't know what I ordered. but if I remember that I've never been drinking in my life, I wouldn't have ordered a ham and bacon omelet. if I get there, she can't even refund me the right amount. if they had offered to repay them or renew them, I would have decided to renew them. but to know that my whole order offers me $5 for a job I don't eat, and then not even apologize for her chaos. absolutely unacceptable worst customer service of all time!"

"We live this place. Wish it was closer to home but everyone we are near we definitely stop. Burgers are made fresh and you can tell. Many options of burgers. Kids menu has great selections. My daughter got Mac and cheese with a side of cheesy fries and loved it!!! My husband and I got burgers and split half onion ring/fry order which was HUGE."

"What a great find in downtown Rochester. You have done a nice job to create the outdoor kitchen, and beyond that the food is exceptional. Well presented, prepared with care and detail. The first visit was so surprisingly good that we returned for another few weeks later. Every meal on our table was remarkable. In addition, the service was notch. As one who tries to find a whole experience in eating, this meets the brand. Worth a visit to Rochester."
