"One of the girls didn’t understand when I said I want one scoop of vanilla moose tracks and one scoop of another ice cream in one cone. She asked if I wanted 3 scoops in one cone, my dad proceeded to explain I wanted one scoop of the vanilla version of moose tracks and the other flavor in one cone. She said okay and told the girl in the back one scoop of vanilla moose tracks and the other flavor in separate cones. Huh??????? As she’s ringing us up she realizes. All good. Also she gave my dad butter pecan when he said praline pecan. He’s also very loud. A girl also gave attitude in the back and it just made me think of how this place has gone downhill since coach only hires his girlies."

"This place is standard room design and service. It's a great place for any type of party. This water park is over the top above average. There is a lazy river that parts off one section into the eye of the storm so to speak, whirlpool. There is 2 separate sections of kiddy pool fountain series. Also a water slide the drinks were spectacular and you can keep souvenir cups. The only critical thing I can mention is the pizza was cooked and toppings were up to par yet the pizza in general was nothing special. I was starving and i ate 1 piece of pie. The cheesecake was also bland. But ice cream was great. It's a beautiful banquet hall there are a few and it's gorgeous perfect for 2 beds"

"I came in and bought a few of my foods with a good note and when I sat over there to eat my food, one of them speaks loud and says: the only reason why people come in to order is because they have a good note because they are poor, I found this very unprofessional and disastrous. I will also call the company headquarters to make the same complaint. they should probably fire the half of the staff."
