"Disappointing experience ! I didn’t mind that the food is below average And dishes looks heated and not freshly made At the end looks like this is their standard But the thing that bothered me the most is the service ! The staff are really rude and unprofessional .. edit to the comment as i can’t reply we actually didn’t eat all the food , and we have not eaten two of our dishes that we have paid for we didn’t make big deal of it , because this how you being nice and respectful which is apparently something the workers their lack we did point few things to the waiter and they were very rude Finally, you can see from the replies to all the negative comment how professional those guys are .. instead of trying to improve on these things that have been repeated in the reviews ! "I have booked this restaurant for fathers and am so glad that we did. easy to park outside, beautiful decor and we were shown a beautiful table at the window. our waitress beth was fantastic. she made us very welcome and showed excellent hospitality. we enjoyed our time in joes kitchen very much. eating was delicious with a lot of choice. the place has a really cozy atmosphere and is beautifully decorated. beth was so friendly and joined in talks and laughing with our table. she is great at her job and we all had a great celebrity meal thanks to beth and the rest of her team. would definitely return to this restaurant and recommend colleagues, family and friends."
