The young lady waiting for us was the best ever the company should be proud of their great customer service skills, she was polite, very informative about what was on the menu. The place was very clean and the food was great that we had excluded. But next time we'll eat. We'll be back soon"

"Not sure what happened to this location, but it’s straight trash now. No hot food, no sandwiches, barely anything period. There are barely and shelves and the ones that are there are about empty. This has happened multiple times I’ve came in lately. Today I walked in, they had music blasting and a guy kicked back in a chair doing nothing. Not sure where they think they are, but in Bay Village this won’t attract business, that’s just the facts. So I turned around and walked right out empty handed for about the fourth time now. I understand that they are trying to sell this location, but if you just don’t care maybe shut the place down and just let it sit empty until someone buys it. You can’t be making much money this way anyways.I grew up in Bay and my parents still live there. We grew up going to this store and have been customers for many year, 30 plus years. It’s sad to see this place like this now. I would give it zero stars now if I could."
