Glenn's Smokehouse - Searcy

What an epic experience! Not only was the food phenomenal, but it was also greatly priced (two dinner meals with the tip was only about 35$ ! The service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere was unique and quirky! We will 100% be back again!

Don't know how the food was, because we never got it, it sure smelled good. Would have been nice to actually have some. The waitress and host were nothing but nice, but could not seem to get our order in for the life of them. Over 45 minutes of waiting for three lunch specials, I've worked in restaurants a couple of years through college, so I was happy to give them the benefit of the doubt, until I saw a table that walked in 20 minutes after us get our food before us. Absolutely disappointing. In Searcy, a smaller town, there are not many options to eat on Sunday, leaving us with limited choices, And those limited choices we're all incredibly busy, however this place was not nearly that busy. So we definitely expected to get our food in a reasonable time. I take my restaurants and their reviews seriously. Especially when it comes to small name/mom and pop eateries. I will not be back.

We stopped in today to try a new place and it did not disappoint! The food and service were great and I also loved the decor and the blues music! Spot on for the vibes! ?

Glenn’s food truck came to Perfect Vision today and the fish and BBQ sandwich was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!

I came to Glens for lunch. Decided to sit outside on one of their wooden benches on the side. After a while I saw little red chiggers on the bench and I killed one. I got my drink and menu already so I was just waiting to order. I kept seeing them pop up and so I moved to the side bench, I figured it was just that specific bench. There was more on the side bench as well. I got up and went to the bench away from those at the entrance and there were chiggers on that one too…Waitress came out by then and mentioned that the wood has them when she saw me standing up. I think she said they sprayed them down with something but that didn’t work. She didn’t really seem too worried about it. I ended up going inside and finished my lunch. Food was good and I enjoyed the rest of the experience. This isn’t to bash them or anything like that, however I do feel like she should have told me there might be chiggers on the outside benches and I would have just ate inside. If not at least have a sign. If they spray them down with something or at least put a sign so people know, I’d gladly increase my review.
