First time checking out this lounge while I had a layover in NYC and I was pleasantly surprised. My expectations weren't too high but the customer service here was fantastic! Food is not always good here. Sometimes you may luck up and get a good day, but for me, the bad days outweigh the good days. Service is only ok including the host who greet you, which is unlike Delta Club, but I give them a pass since it 's New York, lol. Food is usually cold cuts and boring. The current list of dishes may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of menus, the card also offers a assortment of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the list of dishes also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been positively highlighted by customers, even if these have not yet been recorded.
