kinda shocked to see so few reviews for this place! we were here on holiday and came to lark to check how it turned out that they had an on-site menu for nye.
excellent. a formal setting perfect for the adventurous and refined. I recommend the oysters and market fish of the day (mine was nicely prepared.
what a cool spot. Capitol hill must be so cool today. this is the last transition block between madison and union. it's the top floor.
