I called to place an order for pick-up, 1 week in advance. I got to the store and my order was not prepared, and I was pointed to a freezer with pre-sliced, frozen meat. The clerk kept pointing me to the freezer but refused to come around the counter to show me where exactly my order was. I ended up leaving and was thanked for coming in.
