You know, I used to love this place. I loved the decor and plants and concept. I still really enjoy the byreks, but the last 3 times I've come here this year the service and coffee has just been terrible. I don't think I'm being unreasonable or difficult, but burn the coffee, forget to make my order, and then undercook it, it's just too much.
