my partner and I brought a few bikes to vote, the personal was extremely helpful, very appealing and ended our bikes faster than expected. tune up parts prices are reasonable. we are definitely happy with the way our bikes work and will certainly be back. happy to have a bike store in seattle we trust! my first (and last) visit for a melodie in this shop was suboptimal. first I told the load that they should put oil-based narrowers on my drivetrain (I use wax) and they still did. miscommunication, I understand. but when he was asked, the mechanic was only dismissed that it is excessive to use anything but oil-based lube, and that they can simply clean the drivetrain that has left a rather bad taste. in addition, th...
