Jibe Espresso - Seattle

What Maureen M likes about Jibe Espresso:
While in Seatle, we stumbled into Jibe Espresso Bar at Shilshole Bay Marina. We went in for a late lunch/early dinner and everything about it was fantastic. We met the owners, Eric Teresa who let us sample their incredible homemade soups. What Jinx Jasmin doesn't like about Jibe Espresso:
Love the floor, but not the coffee. Espresso shots are watery. I don’t know what kind of ice they’re using, but it melts before I get back to the boat. Their breakfast sandwiches are decent. View all feedback.
